2/28/08 March 15 brings the next Fundraiser for Shiva Vista in collaboration with Champagne and Bacon Productions. "Bunnies Without Borders" promises to be a furry and festive frolic to usher in Spring. Bring your cotton tails and bunny ears, and hop on down to club Bliss to get your groove on and shake your tail! 2-27-08 The Shiva Vista Project Funded by Burning Man! We are living the American Dream! Word came to us today that Burning Man will partially fund elements of the Shiva Vista Project for YOUR continued fiery pleasure! Stay tuned for more details and plans on what playful and adventuresome firestorm Shiva has planned for the playa this year. Thankful for this boost from Burning Man, we still have a long way to go to realize the fullness of our cumulative dream. Early February 2008 The Tutu party brought unparalleled success for the Shiva Vista Project and Controlled Burn! Tassles flew thanks to Reno's Bohemian Burlesque. We've taken a break and recharged our batteries and like Shiva herself, are ready to reconstruct ourselves from the ashes of last years bliss. Our first fundraiser will be the Tutu party on February 2nd at the Underground. September 2007 As anticipated, Shiva Vista was an explosive success at Burning Man! We were able to gather together onlookers, fire performers, artists and musicians from all over the world who were able to experience the bliss of Shiva's fiery embrace. From the opening on Monday night to the amazing performance by Controlled Burn Wednesday night with more than thirty fire performers on the stage at once, Shiva always delivered. Thursday night was the much anticipated and very successful Fire Idol and the rest of the week included a wedding, drum circles, Goddess theatre, and spontaneous gathering and creation of living art.
