8/04/07 What a WILD and CRAZY summer this has been! This has been such an amazing project, we are so proud that we have realized this dream. The stage is built, the disciples have been tested and work fantastic. Above is a picture of Controlled Burn at the Artown Opener, with the disciples going off in the back. See you on the playa! 5/17/07 THE TRUSSES HAVE ARRIVED!!! Having obtained a storage unit and secured delivery, the trusses for the SVP are now secure in their new home, as part of the Project. There's more to post, but we wanted to keep a chronology and let everyone know the sequence of events as they happened! YAY!! 5/3/07 ".......The legend of Shit Ton Ranch is born from the talon crew blast off party. That was a shit-ton-a-fun. When we all put our efforts together we can have a hell of a party. I hope ferntucky can recover from that dose of burners in search of a playa experience. We are building a crew to be reckoned with come burning man. Viva Shiva Vista Project." The SVP crew brings new meaning to the word work PARTY! We had a blast this weekend, thanks to everyone that made it out, contributed, participated and got their pre-playa groove on with the SVP crew. Check out photos and videos in the gallery, uploaded as soon as possible. 4/3/07 THANK YOU TRUCKEE MEADOWS BURNERS! The second fundraiser went off without a hitch! We hope you had as much fun as we did, the event was a huge success, pictures to come, there will be some uploaded this morning. Our community is awesome and we thank you all for helping us create this dream. 3/6/07 Check out the fundraiser flyer, it was uploaded today. Click on the "Fundraising" link above to see the flyer...very cool! Also, just noticed that all the dates were showing as 2006....DOH!! Fixed that, too.
